Take a few moments throughout the day to just breathe. Not only does it help you bring awareness into the moment but your body and brain need oxygen. Especially when your stressed, you tend to take short breaths which brings less oxygen at a time you need it most.

Your body needs oxygen for every process so give it more fuel!
