Every response you have to an experience has meaning you attach to it. The meaning is based on how you are framing that situation. Think of any complaint you have right now about your life and write it down.
Reframe it by asking yourself:
What could this mean?
What's positive about this?
Write down all the responses and see if you get a response similar to "Huh, I never thought of it that way"Example:
Complaint: My body feels terrible.
Reframe: I want to be in better shape
Complaint: I don't know what I want to do with my life. I'm not good at anything
Reframe: I want to make the most out of life. I'm acknowledging I want to be great at something
Not every reframe will stick first try! Give it a shot and these positive reframes will help bring more clarity to your true intentions which will clear some roadblocks off you path
