Morning! afternoon and Evening! Remembered today that we're all not in the same time zone
I'd like you to try think of everything in vibrations. Sounds, words, thoughts, energy, even vision. When you break it all the way down even things you see are coming in as photons which at the basis of those molecules are vibrating entities.
Quick google: "All physical reality is made up of vibrations of energy; even your thoughts are vibrations of energy. While it sounds like a concept or theory, this is a new reality that quantum physics has revealed to us. Your thoughts have a powerful influence on your life."
Any time you have any negative thoughts or feelings today, try to do something that helps vibrate more positivity. Do some extra deep breaths, move your body and sweat, eat some healthy food, listen to some music, laugh or simply force a smile and see how it can help change your mood!
