I'm reading a great book called "Breaking the habit of being yourself" by Joe Dispenza. He explains how our brains don't know the difference between an internal experience (thoughts) and external experiences (our reality). Our brains respond the same whether were actually thinking of an experience or if we're actually having that experience. What that tells us is that visualization in our mind, is just as powerful as having an experience in our physical reality.
Visualize your goal and see yourself achieving it! If you're able to feel the emotions of that success, you will change the energy your body is exerting and you will change your environment!
