Be mindful, be aware. I like having different ways to remind myself to be mindful and in the moment. Whiteboards with a quote i see around my apartment, a morning routine that involves reading my mantra, even the background on my phone reminds me to enjoy life.
These little things help refocus my awareness. When I’m aware, my life becomes more positive in every way.
Whenever I'm truly in the moment, I feel at peace.
